Congratulations to IT Students on APCC 2025 Paper Presentation and IEEE Xplore Publication

The Department of Information Technology, Payap University, extends congratulations to the undergraduate students Nang Moon Sheng, Khwar Nyo Theint, Saw Timothy Lin, and Nyein Zaw Latt for the successful presentation of a research paper titled “Cyclo-CNN for Cyclostationary Feature Detection” at the Asia-Pacific Conference on Communications 2025, sponsored by the Department of Information Technology and International College, Payap University. The conference took place during November 26th–28th, 2025 at I-site Namba, Osaka Metropolitan University, Osaka, Japan.

The research paper was officially published through IEEE Xplore (https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/11279799) and indexed by major international indexing systems including Scopus, reflecting the academic quality and international visibility of the work. The publication represents a significant achievement for student research activities within the department and demonstrates strong engagement with contemporary topics in communication systems and signal processing.
