Check course and examination schedules from \u201cCOURSE-CLASS\u201d menu.<br \/>\n2. Students can study how to register\/enroll courses at \u201cSYSTEM GUIDE\u201d menu on e-Registrar (http:\/\/reg.payap.ac.th).<br \/>\n3. Students can check to see an academic calendar at \u201cCALENDAR\u201d menu on e-Registrar (http:\/\/reg.payap.ac.th). They must comply with all schedules specified.<br \/>\n4. Students are required to clear their outstanding debts (if any) at the Finance Office.<br \/>\n5. Students having overdue books are required to contact the library.<br \/>\n6. Students who have already submitted a \u201cRequest for Graduation\u201d form in a previous semester but cannot graduate or would like to enroll courses in the following semesters are required to contact the Graduation Qualification Unit, Registration and Educational Services Office.<br \/>\n7. Scholarship students are required to have their scholarship matter completed before enrollment.<br \/>\n8. Consult academic advisors for enrollment preparation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Online Course Enrollment and Adding-Dropping<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Procedures:<\/p>\n<p>1. Students check the specified period on \u201cCALENDAR\u201d menu provided via e-Registrar (http:\/\/reg.payap.ac.th).<br \/>\n2. During the enrollment period, students can see \u201cREGISTER\u201d menu after logging in.<br \/>\n3. Key in the courses students wish to enroll and check the correctness. If any problem occurs during the<br \/>\ncourse enrollment, the e-Registrar will display the problem to the students. The students need to \u201cDELETE\u201d that particular courses and repeat the enrollment procedures. If there is no problem, students must click \u201cENROLLMENT CONFIRM.\u201d The e-Registrar will then display \u201cENROLLMENT RESULT\u201d menu which students can check the result of their enrollment.<br \/>\n4. If a course \u201cSECTION\u201d that the students wish to enroll is fully reserved but they need to enroll in that<br \/>\nparticular \u201cSECTION,\u201d the students are required to contact the class instructor directly. If the instructor gives them permission to enroll, the students need to repeat the enrollment procedures of that course.<br \/>\n5. Once the enrollment is confirmed, the \u201cENROLL\u201d menu will be changed to \u201cADD\/DROP ENROLL\u201d menu<br \/>\nwhich contains the same procedures as those mentioned in Item 3.<br \/>\n6. For any course enrollment procedure which needs to use forms, students have to present their Student ID<br \/>\nCards to obtain the relevant forms at the Student and New Student Registration Unit or download them from e-Registrar (http:\/\/reg.payap.ac.th). Follow the specified instructions and submit the request forms to the Student and New Student Registration Unit during the drop-add period.<br \/>\nForms Relevant to Enrollment:<br \/>\n6.1. \u201cRequest to Enroll More Credits Than Those Stipulated\u201d (<a href=\"http:\/\/reg.payap.ac.th\/registrar\/petitionAttachment\/2PYU_%E0%B8%84%E0%B8%B3%E0%B8%A3%E0%B9%89%E0%B8%AD%E0%B8%87%E0%B8%A5%E0%B8%87%E0%B8%97%E0%B8%B0%E0%B9%80%E0%B8%9A%E0%B8%B5%E0%B8%A2%E0%B8%99%E0%B9%80%E0%B8%A3%E0%B8%B5%E0%B8%A2%E0%B8%99%E0%B9%80%E0%B8%81%E0%B8%B4%E0%B8%99.pdf\">PYU 0221\/3\/22\/49<\/a>)<br \/>\nStudents are allowed to enroll not more than 22 credits in a normal semester and 6 credits in<br \/>\nsummer session.<br \/>\n6.2. \u201cRequest to Enroll in Courses with Concurrent Examinations\u201d (PYU 0221\/3\/1\/51)<br \/>\n6.3. \u201cRequest to Enroll in a Course Concurrently with a Prerequisite Course\u201d (<a href=\"http:\/\/reg.payap.ac.th\/registrar\/petitionAttachment\/2PYU_%E0%B8%84%E0%B8%B3%E0%B8%A3%E0%B9%89%E0%B8%AD%E0%B8%87%E0%B8%82%E0%B8%AD%E0%B8%A5%E0%B8%87%E0%B8%84%E0%B8%A7%E0%B8%9A.pdf\">PYU 0221\/4\/27\/49<\/a>)<br \/>\n7. Print an invoice and pay fees at all branches of the Siam Commercial Bank during the specified period<br \/>\nannounced on the academic calendar.<br \/>\n8. For students who fail to pay their tuition fees during the payment period, their course enrollment will be<br \/>\ncancelled. They have to file a request for a leave of absence within the first 60 days of a semester (except for a summer session); otherwise their student status will be revoked.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Late Enrollment Using a Request Form<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Students who wish to enroll after the online enrollment period have to do the following procedures:<\/p>\n<p>1. Present Student ID Cards to obtain a \u201cLate Registration Form\u201d at the Student and New Student Registration Unit.<br \/>\n2. Follow the specified instructions.<br \/>\n(Late enrollment is subject to a fine of 50 THB a day starting from the first day of a semester)<br \/>\n3. Pay for the tuition fees at the Finance Office.<br \/>\n4. For students who fail to pay their tuition fees during the payment period, their course enrollment will be cancelled.
