This request has to be performed no later than two weeks before each semester begins.<\/p>\n<p>Unit: Educational Evaluation Unit<\/p>\n<p>Telephone: 0-5385-1478 Ext. 373<\/p>\n<p><strong>Credit Transfer from Other Universities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Transfer procedures:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. Present Student ID Cards to obtain a \u201cRequest Form for Course Equivalent and Transfer of Credit from Other Institutions (PYU 0211\/4\/2\/53) at the Registration and Educational Services Office.<br \/>\n2. Fill out the form and attach the following documents:<br \/>\n2.1. An original transcript and its copy from previous universities<br \/>\n2.2. Course descriptions of all courses on the transcript with earned letter grades of at least \u201cC\u201d or its equivalent<br \/>\n3. Pay for the fee of 500 THB at the Finance Office.<br \/>\n4. The transfer result will be notified within one week. Students can either check for the result in person or check via e-Registrar (http:\/\/reg.payap.ac.th).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Credit Transfer for Second Degree<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Transfer procedures:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. Present Student ID Cards to obtain a \u201cRequest to Study for a Second Bachelor\u2019s Degree Form\u201d (PYU 0211\/4\/3\/53) at the Registration and Educational Services Office.<br \/>\n2. Fill out the form and attach the following documents:<br \/>\n2.1. An original transcript from previous universities and its copy<br \/>\n2.2. Course descriptions of all courses on the transcript with earned letter grades of at least \u201cC\u201d or its equivalent<br \/>\n3. Pay for the fee of 500 THB at the Finance Office.<br \/>\n4. The transfer result will be notified within one week. Students can either check for the result in person or check via e-Registrar (http:\/\/reg.payap.ac.th).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Credit Transfer for Former Payap University Students<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Procedures:<\/p>\n<p>1. Present Student ID Cards to obtain a \u201cRequest for Transfer of Credits Form (for Former Payap University Students)\u201d (PYU 0221\/4\/4\/2553) at the Registration and Educational Services Office.<br \/>\n2. Fill out the form and pay the fee of 500 THB at the Finance Office.<br \/>\n3. The transfer result will be notified within one week. Students can either check for the result in person or check via e-Registrar (http:\/\/reg.payap.ac.th).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Credit Transfer from Exemption Tests<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Application procedures:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. Students cannot take an exemption test in any course they previously registered for.<br \/>\n2. Present Student ID Cards to obtain a \u201cRequest for an Exemption Examination Form\u201d (PYU 0221\/4\/4\/51) at the Educational Evaluation Unit two weeks before each semester begins.<br \/>\n3. Follow the specified instructions.<br \/>\n4. Pay the fee of 1,500 THB per course requested at the Finance Office.<br \/>\n5. Exemption Tests are given by an affiliated department.<br \/>\n6. The transfer result will be notified within two weeks. Students can either check for the result in person or check via e-Registrar (http:\/\/reg.payap.ac.th). The approved letter grades are recorded as \u201cCE\u201d (Credits from Examination).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Request to Earn Credits by Proposing Portfolio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Procedures:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. Students can request to earn credits by proposing portfolio in any course they have never enrolled before.<br \/>\n2. The request can be performed only once per course. It cannot be cancelled once the approval has been made.<br \/>\n3. Present Student ID Cards to obtain a \u201cRequest to Earn Credits by Proposing Portfolio Form\u201d at the Educational Evaluation Unit two weeks before each semester begins.<br \/>\n4. Follow the specified instructions.<br \/>\n5. Pay the fee of 1,500 THB per course requested at the Finance Office.<br \/>\n6. The transfer result will be notified within two weeks.
